Asteer was founded back in 2018, although we’ve been business analysis and project management practitioners for over 13 years.
Our senior analyst is a driven, strategic senior business analyst and project manager, with a wealth of experience in both private and public sectors, who has delivered process improvement initiatives, system implementations and target operating models.
He has a proven track record of success and driving forward change and improvement, as well as having extensive people management experience that has seen them lead diverse teams from BAs and PMs to trainers, customer services, warehouse and delivery.
We have worked with a number of sectors including social care, health care, social housing, asset management, and leisure and tourism. This broad spectrum not only demonstrates that the services we provide are transferable, it also means we come with vast range of practical knowledge and insight.
